Mild or moderate symptoms may include arthralgias, boggy prostate, chills, dysuria, frequency, hesitancy, incomplete voiding, low back and/or abdominal pain, malaise, nocturia, perineal pain, urethral discharge, and scrotal/penile pain.

| Severe symptoms would include those situations where there is concern over bladder outlet obstruction with urinary retention/statis, bladder irritation with cystitis and calcium formation, and possible kidney involvement due to Pyelonephritis. |
