Eye involvement ((uveitis, retinal vasculitis); recurrent. Oral and genital ulcers, skin involved with folliculitis or pustules. Disease controlled with topical or ocular steroids or (NSAIDs) non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications. |

|
More extensive or difficult to control ulcerations requiring prolonged or repeated use of topical steroids or NSAIDs, or the use of oral steroids. Skin involvement with acneiform nodules or erythema nodosum. Superficial or deep-vein thrombophlebitis, arthralgia or arthritis history. |

Arterial occlusion, aneurysm formation. Pulmonary, kidney or CNS involvement (ataxia, nerve palsy, dementia, memory loss, CVA occurrence, or psychiatric disturbances). Immunosuppressive therapy (azathioprine, cyclophosphamide). |
